REFUND POLICY
1. PROJECT MILESTONES
Refund eligibility is evaluated based on project milestones completed. PrecisionMarketingLab operates on a milestone-based payment structure to ensure transparency and accountability.
2. REFUND ELIGIBILITY
Full or partial refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:
- Project cancellation before work has commenced: 100% refund
- Project cancellation after initial milestone: Refund minus completed work value
- Failure to deliver agreed specifications: Full refund of affected milestone
- Force majeure events preventing completion: Pro-rated refund
3. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
- Completed and approved milestones
- Third-party licenses or subscriptions purchased on client's behalf
- Domain registrations or hosting fees
4. REFUND PROCESS
To request a refund, contact [email protected] with your project details and reason for the request. Refund requests are processed within 14 business days of approval.
5. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any disputes regarding refunds will be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Las Palmas, España.
TERMS OF SERVICE
1. SERVICE AGREEMENT
By engaging PrecisionMarketingLab for digital agency services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Our services include but are not limited to: web development, UI/UX design, SEO optimization, cloud infrastructure, and digital marketing solutions.
2. PROJECT SCOPE
All projects are defined by a detailed scope document mutually agreed upon before work commences. Any changes to the project scope may result in additional costs and timeline adjustments, which will be communicated and approved in writing.
3. PAYMENT TERMS
- 50% deposit required before project initiation
- Remaining balance due upon project completion and approval
- Payment methods: Bank transfer, Stripe, or approved invoicing platforms
- Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly interest charge
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights for deliverables are transferred to the client. PrecisionMarketingLab retains the right to display work in portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. CONFIDENTIALITY
Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding project details, business information, and any proprietary data shared during the engagement.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
PrecisionMarketingLab's liability is limited to the total value of the project fee. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or consequential losses.
7. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of España. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Las Palmas, España.
